Our figures are currently Q2 2026 baseline estimates derived from public listing and municipal data. The October 7 release is our first survey-derived edition. Our methodology is published in full so you can judge the numbers yourself before you cite them.
We are building this alongside the agents who actually use it. If there is a figure your clients keep asking about that we do not publish yet, tell us and we will look at adding it to the next release.
